APC: Court strikes out Kayode Ojo’s suit against party flag bearer, Oyebanji

The case filed by an All Progressives Congress Chieftain, Kayode Ojo, challenging the victory of the Ekiti State Governor-elect, Mr. Biodun Oyebanji at the APC primary election has been struck out.
The presiding judge, Justice Babs Kuewumi said the statement of claim presented before the court was defective.
