Venita Akpofure Says Younger Men Are More Confident Approaching Her

Nollywood actress and reality TV star, Venita Akpofure, has said she mostly gets approached by younger men, attributing their confidence to their willingness to make advances despite her age.

The 39-year-old actress made the disclosure while appearing on a recent episode of the Tea With Tay podcast.

Venita said her youthful appearance sometimes makes it difficult for people to believe her actual age.

“I am 39, but if I told you I was 28, you would believe me,” she said.

She added that younger men are more willing to approach her than older men.

“I only get approached by younger men. They are more courageous than the older ones,” she said.

Venita further joked about the financial status of some of her younger admirers, saying they compensate for what they lack financially with confidence.

“What they don’t have in their bank accounts, they make up for with bravery and audacity,” she added.

Venita, who has two children, was previously romantically linked with fellow BBNaija All Stars housemate Adekunle Olopade, who is younger than her.

The relationship ended after the reality show.
