Buhari suspends EFCC Acting Chairman, Magu

The Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Ibrahim Magu has been suspended by President Muhammadu Buhari.
Ibrahim Magu’s suspension as the acting chairman of the EFCC by President Buhari was reported by
BBC Hausa Service which quoted a source within the Presidency.
The suspension of Mr Magu is coming after he was said to have spent the night with the Police,
following his invitation to the State House to appear before a panel investigating allegations of corruption against him.
