PDP Senator Joins APC, Meets President Buhari
The Senator representing Delta North, Peter Nwaoboshi has dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to join the ruling All Progressives Congress.
Senator Nwaoboshi defected to APC 48 hours after his suspension by Delta State Chapter of PDP for anti-party activities.
The Deputy Senate President, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege representing Delta Central accompanied Nwaoboshi to the Presidential Villa Abuja on Friday to meet President Buhari.
Senator Nwaoboshi was received by Buhari, Vice President Osinbajo and APC National Caretaker Chairman, Mai Mala Buni.
