Ex Lagos PDP Chairman, Segun Adewale dumps party, joins APC

Former chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Senatorial Candidate in Lagos, Segun Adewale has dumped the party to join the ruling All Progressive Congress APC.
According to NAN, Adewale, popularly known as Aeroland, announced his defection at a press conference today Saturday in Lagos.
He said the move is inspired by his resolved to support the President and his next action will be to go to Abuja and prostrate to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Aeroland had been suspended by PDP for allegedly causing disaffection in the party and tarnishing its Image.
Speaking on the suspension, Aeroland said the decision was orchestrated by those fighting him for exposing the Mismanagement of the party’s campaign funds during the 2023 election.
He added that , these same elements being used would act unconstitutionally by suspending him from the party, when they do not have such powers.
They said because of that, he should be suspended and he told to come to his Ward and suspend him ,so he can join APC.
He asked himself ” What am I even doing in the party? I spent millions during the elections, but it wasn’t worth it.
I am not even in PDP anymore because I have seen it all, and I would not have stayed in PDP till now but for Atiku Abubakar ,who begged me to contest in 2023.
