Ibom Air: Mixed reactions trail videos of passenger assaulting airline crew

Mixed reactions have trailed the viral videos of one Comfort Emmanson, a female passenger of Ibom airline, who allegedly assaulted airline officials on an Ibom Air flight inbound Lagos from Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State capital on Sunday, August 10.
In the horrific clips the female passenger could be seen verbally hauling insults at some airline officials and physically assaulting some of the officials who seemed to be confronting her over her unruly behaviour.
Emmanson could be seen ferociously kicking one of the male staff in a airport bus while gripping his clothes from the neck line. She appeared ready to engage in a fight with the official who pinned her down on the chair.
The viral clips have since generated mixed reactions in the light of recent altercations between airline officials and prominent personalities with the most recent being the incident involving Nigerian musician, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal (KWAM 1) on ValueJet and the unruly behaviour of Senator Adams Oshiomhole towards the members of staff of Air Peace.

Let the airline release the full video of what led to her lashing out before we conclude because most times these female flight attendants could be so rude and unprofessional in their approach. I’ve personally had an encounter with an ibom air hostess but i intentionally refused to play into her hands that day, those ladies lack manners and professionalism. Train your female staff(hostesses) well @ibomairlines.

These airlines needs to send their staff on a customer service training coz they’re really lacking one.
