Lagos arrests offenders of open defecation

Operatives of the Anti-defecation Unit of the Lagos State Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources today apprehended some residents openly defecating on the Carter Bridge and Ilubirin, Lagos Island in contravention of the State Sanitation laws on Friday.
