Popular PR guru, Tokunbo Modupe wins PDP senatorial ticket in Ondo

Popular Lagos based public relations consultant, Adetokunbo Modupe has emerged victorious at the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, primary election held on Monday to pick the flag bearer that will contest 2023 election for Ondo North Senatorial District.

Modupe garnered 124 votes to beat his challenger, Prince Foluso Mayowa Adefemi, who polled 93 votes.

Modupe who contested but lost in the primaries for the same position four years ago, was the Ondo State campaign director of the Goodluck Jonathan presidential campaign for the 2015 election.

Modupe sits atop TPT International, one of the leading PR agencies in Nigeria.
