BREAKING: Court fines DSS N20bn for invading Sunday Igboho’s house

An Oyo State High Court sitting in Ibadan, on Friday, ordered the Department of State Services, DSS, to pay the sum of N20billion to Yoruba Nation agitator, Chief Sunday Adeyemo also known as Sunday Igboho as damages for the unlawful invasion of his residence.
Justice Ladiran Akintola of the High Court ruled that self-determination is a fundamental human rights.
The men of the DSS had on July 1, invaded the Soka, Ibadan, residence of Sunday Igboho, killing two people and arrested 12 of his aides.
