Primate Ayodele warns: Bandits plan to block Lagos-Ibadan expressway
The leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has warned that bandits will block the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway in July or August.
Primate Ayodele urged security agencies to stay alert.
He spoke while addressing his congregation on Sunday.
The cleric said, “Lagos-Ibadan expressway, I don’t know the exact time, but it’s either July or August. Bandits will block the road. Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
“They will block the road. So the security agencies need to take this into account.”
The Lagos-Ibadan Expressway is a major highway in Nigeria that connects Lagos to many states in the South-West and also to the northern region of the country.
Recently, Ayodele made a statement where he criticized the Federal Government for the country’s security problems, saying it is not living up to its constitutional responsibility of keeping citizens safe.
