Again, Hon. Ganiyu Johnson fetes constituents with another stimulus reliefs

As the COVID-19 lockdown in Lagos State continues, the Member of Federal House of Representatives in Oshodi-Isolo Constituency II, Hon. Ganiyu Johnson, has distributed food stuffs to his constituents to relieve them of the effect of the stay-at-home order.

This is the third of its kind in the last one week. Over 250 beneficiaries drawn across the Constituency, benefited from this edition that took place in batches in order to maintain socio distancing, at the Constituency office in Isolo.

“We are all aware that this is a trying time for our people, and with the partial drop in economic activities, I deemed it necessary to reach out to the vulnerable ones in my constituency,” Johnson said.

He added: “More stimulus reliefs are still coming because this is the time my people need me most and I should not shy away from this responsibility. As Martin Luther King said and I quote, ‘the measure of a man is where he stands in time of difficult.’”

He however urged the people to obey the stay at home order, observe simple hygiene and social distancing in all forms of gathering.
