CAC to complete Company registration within three hours

The Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC has said that companies’ registration procedures would be completed within three hours before the end of 2021

The Registrar-General of CAC, Mr Garba Abubakar, revealed this at the weekend during dinner organised in honour of Chief Ademola Seriki, Chairman CAC Governing Board and Nigerian Ambassador-Designate to the Kingdom of Spain in Abuja

Mr Abubakar said companies registration can now be done from the comfort of home without physically visiting CAC offices.

According to him “You can now start and finish your companies registration and get your certificates without waiting for a courier company to deliver it.”
