 Ogun state’s youngest 1st Class Monarch set for 5th coronation anniversary

The Olorile of Orile-Ifo, HRM, Oba Adewale Ogunjobi is set to celebrate the 5th anniversary as King of Orile-Ifo kingdom.

According to feelers from Ifo, the event will be a week long in August.

Starting from Monday August 23 to Saturday August 28. Events have been lined up for the celebration which includes: Installation of new palace chiefs, Sunday service at St. John Anglican Church, Orile Ifo as well as the Jumat prayer at the New Orile-Ifo central mosque.

Fuji stars Wasiu Alabi Pasuma and Sefiu Alao Adekunle will round off the celebration with entertainment on the grand final.

HRM, Oba Abdul Semiu Adewale Ogunjobi Arolagbade the First was installed in 2016 after the demise of the first Olorile of Orile-Ifo late Oba Samuel Oludademu Tinuosho.

His reign has brought in unprecedented development to the town.

In another development, ahead of the 5th coronation anniversary, the Akinwande family from Itun Alarere compound of Orile-Ifo
has donated a Royal White Horse to the King.

The White Horse representing wealth and royalty was presented to the King on Sunday, 20th of June, 2021.
