 Covid-19: FG places travel restriction on 100 passengers

The Federal Government has announced travel restriction placed on 100 passengers for non-compliance of covid-19 protocols.

The Presidential Task Force on Covid-19 made this announcement on its official Twitter handle on Tuesday.

“Presidential Task Force sanctions 100 Passports in Second Batch of those who failed to comply with the mandatory Day 7 post-arrival COVID-19 Test. PENALTY: six-month travel restriction from February 5 to July 30, 2021,” the tweet read.

A list containing the passport details of the defaulters attached to the tweet, stated that they have been informed of the restriction.

It added that the defaulting passengers will not be allowed to travel using these passports during the period.
