The National Drug Law enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has confirmed the arrest of Mr. Olalekan Wasiu Ayinde who was trafficking in 4,980 capsules of Tramadol and 600 capsules of Rohypnol through the Lagos airport.

The suspect Wasiu Ayinde was picked up on Thursday at the export shed of the Murtala Mohammed International Airport (MMIA), Ikeja, Lagos.

NDLEA spokesman, Femi Babafemi, confirmed this in a statement.

The suspect was also caught with some designer drugs concealed inside locust beans and hidden among food items for export to South Africa.
