INEC declares Charles Soludo winner Anambra Guber election

Candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), Charles Soludo has been declared as the winner of Anambra gubernatorial election.

The former Central Bank of Nigeria Governor was declared after winning 19 out of 21 local governments in the state by INEC.
