 FG opens portal to access N75billion Youth Investment Funds

The Federal Government has given out the link for Nigerian youths to apply for investment funds.

The government in it’s effort to reduce unemployment rates among Nigerian youths, has released the link for youths to apply for the Nigerian Youth Investment fund (NYIF), set up to assist the innovations and enterprise of Nigerians between 18 and 35 years.

The Fund was launched in August when the minister of youth and sports development, Sunday Dare, announced that President Buhari had approved a N75 billion fund to support youths with good business ideas.

The special assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on social media, Lauretta Onochie, on Wednesday, October 14, disclosed the accessibility of the link.

Onochie said: “The federal government of Nigeria has released the link for the application to access the Nigerian Youth Investment Fund (NYIF) aimed at supporting innovative Nigerian youths between the ages of 18 – 35

“See link to apply: it requires CAPTCHA. CAPTCHA stands for the Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart. Don’t give up. Keep trying.”

She noted that applicants are to log in to the website- https://nmfb.com.ng/nigeria-youth-investment-fund/

The project is scheduled to last for three years with an expected disbursement of 25 billion per year.
