 Insecurity: Nigerian Army deploys women soldiers to Kaduna-Abuja expressway

As part of efforts to combat the rising cases of kidnapping and terrorism in the country, the Nigerian Army has deployed women soldiers to the highly dangerous Kaduna-Abuja Express Way.

Kaduna state Governor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai and his Deputy, Dr. Hadiza were on ground to welcome a detachment of the Nigerian Army Women Corps that has been deployed to complement security patrols on the road.

The army and other security agent have been struggling to combat the rate of kidnapping and killing on the road.
