By Joseph Ayinde

Roma defeated Feyenoord 1-0 in the UEFA Conference League final on Wednesday night.

Nicolo Zaniolo netted the winner for the Serie A side in the first half of the encounter in Albania.

Zaniolo took the ball down brilliantly in the box with his chest from a cross, before clipping the ball over the onrushing goalkeeper to net the winner.

This becomes the first European Cup the Italian side have won in their history.

For Mourinho, he has completed a set of major European Cups, having won the Champions League (Porto, Inter Milan), Europa League (Manchester United, Porto) and UEFA Cup (Porto).
