The Coalition Against COVID-19, CA COVID-19 in conjuction with the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, have arrested the undertaker who carelessly disposed personal Protective Equipment, PPE, used at the Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari’s burial.
Streetjournal.ng had reported the abandoned PPE carelessly dropped at gudu cemetery through a video which later went viral.
The media team of the committee on COVID-19 in a chat with our correspondent confirmed that the careless man has been arrested and placed in isolation.
The team also confirmed that the PPE abandoned has also been picked to a safe location.
