NNPCL Raises Petrol Price by N75 Per Litre
The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has increased the pump price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), commonly known as petrol, by N75 per litre.
The latest adjustment was observed at NNPCL retail outlets on Monday, following a market survey.
The development represents another increase in the price of petrol at NNPCL filling stations, amid continued fluctuations in the downstream petroleum market.
Motorists and other consumers are expected to feel the impact of the latest adjustment as the new price takes effect across affected NNPCL outlets.
The company had also adjusted its petrol price in previous weeks, with prices changing several times amid developments in the domestic fuel market.
