NPA confirms arrival of 26 ships at Lagos ports
The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) has announced the arrival of 26 vessels at various ports in Lagos to support the movement of cargo and boost maritime activities.
According to the authority, the ships are carrying a range of imports, including containers, bulk wheat, frozen fish, petroleum products, general cargo and other commodities.
The vessels are expected to berth at different terminals across the Lagos ports, where they will commence loading and discharge operations.
The NPA said the steady flow of vessels reflects continued commercial activities at the nation’s busiest seaports and assured stakeholders of efficient port operations to facilitate cargo handling and improve service delivery.
