 Oba Elegushi welcomes First son, Crown Prince of Ikate

Second wife of Oba Saheed Elegushi,  has Olori Hadiza delivered a baby boy in London.

The Olori, we gathered gave birth on Friday, 21 August, 2020.

Mother and baby have been reported to be in top condition, and the palace is celebrating the arrival of the much-awaited Crown Prince.

He is the first male to appear in the New Generation, making him a prime candidate for the Elegushi throne.

The debonair Lagos monarch, Oba Saheed Elegushi, officially married his second wife, Hadiza Tanko, in Yankaba, Kano State, Friday, May 3rd 2019.

Although the first wife, Olori Sekinat and the royal father were high school lovers before their marriage in 2003.

The colourful ceremony had two of Nigeria’s biggest musicians, King Sunny Ade and K1 De Ultimate, on the bandstands.

They are blessed with three adorable daughters.

Light-skinned, Hadiza works in the Oil and Gas sector and has reportedly been dating the youthful king before their formal wedding.

In his 40s, the Elegushi of Ikateland ranks as one of the youngest traditional rulers in the country.

A graduate of the Lagos State University, he was a former Personal Assistant to the former Governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

He also worked with former Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola before resigning in 2010 to ascend the royal throne.
