Okada riders and task force officials clash on Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway

Pandemonium broke out on Wednesday around the Ikeja Along Bus Stop on the Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway after Lagos State Task Force operatives clashed with motorcyclists in the area.

Clips of the incident show angry Okada riders giving pursuit to the task force officers who sped off in their vehicles to avoid danger.

Wednesday’s incident marks the latest in a series of faceoffs between men of the Lagos State Task Force and Okada riders.

On Tuesday, a clash had erupted between men of the task force and motorcyclists at Second Rainbow Bus Stop around the Oshodi-Apapa Expressway after the task force operatives attempted to impound some motorcycles.
