Oshodi Noble Heritage has delivered bags of rice, clothes, beverages among other food items to the Oko Baba, Yaba Lagos State Destitute Home.

The donation was the second in the year as the group had early this year stormed the home with various food items, clothes and other useful materials for the home.

Leading the group in their humanitarian gestures was its Coordinator, Mr Abdulfatah Ogunnaike.

In his remark, Ogunnaike said the gesture of putting smiles in the faces of inhabitants of the destitute home was in line with the organisation’s objectives at ensuring that all live a worthy life irrespective of status, tribe or religious inclinations.

“One of our cardinal objectives is putting smiles in the faces of people around us, this accounts for our coming here the second time this year to present the Destitute home with food items and clothes to ease their sufferings. This we will continue to do to ensure their deplorable condition is not in any worse but to better their standard of living in the home,” he said.

While acknowledging that government alone can not provide in totality all the needs of the people, Ogunnaike urged other well-meaning Nigerians to emulate the Oshodi Noble Heritage’s stride in ensuring the Destitute home get the basic needs to make them feel comfortable.
