Poco Lee reportedly released in UK after complainant drops case – Peller
Nigerian dancer and entertainer, Poco Lee, has reportedly been released from custody in the United Kingdom after the woman who brought the case against him allegedly withdrew her complaint.
Social media influencer and businessman, Peller, disclosed this online.
According to Peller, the complainant allegedly dropped the case and stopped pursuing the matter, leading to Poco Lee’s release.
“Poco Lee is out of prison. The woman who sued Poco Lee to court allegedly dropped the case and ran away from the case; that was how Poco Lee was released,” Peller said.
Poco Lee, whose real name is Iweh Pascal Odinaka, had reportedly been held on remand in the UK over criminal allegations.
He was previously scheduled to appear before Snaresbrook Crown Court on September 15 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
However, Peller’s latest claim suggests there has been a development in the case.
The reported release and alleged withdrawal of the complaint have not been independently confirmed by the UK court or law enforcement authorities in the information currently available.
Poco Lee has not been convicted of any offence, and allegations against him remain subject to due process.
