 Ex-Ogun Lawmaker emerges new Board Chairman of TRACE

Ogun state governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun has appointed Hon. Olusola Sonuga as Chairman Ogun state Traffic Compliance and Enforcement (TRACE) Board.

The appointment according to the state government takes effect immediately.

Hon. Samuel Olusola Sonuga, the former majority leader of the Ogun state House of Assembly is expected to bring his wealth of experience in both public and private service into the management of TRACE in Ogun state.

Hon. Sonuga served as a member of the Ogun State House of Assembly representing Ikenne State Constituency between 2011 – 2019.

Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps (TRACE) is a paramilitary outfit incharge of traffic in Ogun state.

It was was established in 2006 to provide Road Safety Management System to the citizenry of the state.

The services include Institutional Management functions, coordination, monitoring, evaluation, research, development and knowledge transfer.
