Four Square Church: Late G.O Wilson Badejo’s widow dies 3 months after husband’s death

Rev. Yinka Badejo, widow of the late former General Overseer of the Foursquare Gospel Church in Nigeria, Rev Wilson Badejo is dead.
The widow died on Saturday November 13, about 3 months after the death of her husband who died on Saturday August 7.
Rev Yinka was reportedly sick even before her husband’s death in August.
Late Rev Yinka’s health reportedly got worse after her husband’s death and burial and she was unable to get back on feet properly until her eventual death last Saturday.
Late Rev Wilson Badejo served as the Chairman, Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), Lagos Branch 1988.
He joined the national headquarters of the Foursquare Gospel Church in Nigeria, Yaba, Lagos, as a young Christian, where he was under the tutelage of Rev. Dr. James Abayomi Boyejo and Rev. Dr. Samuel Odunaike.
He rose to become associate Pastor of the church between October 1, I986 and December 1989.
He was the Pastor in charge of the same church which planted four churches in Akute, Alapara, Badia and Mushin.
He later laid the foundation of the new sanctuary complex of the headquarters church.
Badejo, who was married to Rev. (Mrs.) Oluyinka Badejo, served as the third General Overseer of Foursquare Gospel Church in Nigeria for 10 years, 1999 to 2009.
