Government orders workers to resume on Monday

The federal government has called all civil servants to resume work on Monday, October 19.
This directive was disclosed at a press briefing in Abuja by Chairman of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19, Boss Mustapha and National Coordinator, Sanni Aliyu.
The civil servants were asked to stay at home since March, in order to curb the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Only civil servants of Salary Grade Level 12 and above, also those on essential duties have been going to work.
However, the Chairman of the PTF on Thursday has announced that all civil servants below SGL 12, still observing the lockdown since march, should resume work from Monday.
