 New Football Season: Shooting Stars Players, Officials Test Negative To Covid-19

All the players and officials of Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) of Ibadan were all cleared after the results of their COVID-19 tests came back negative.

The players and officials of the Ibadan based soccer team, recently underwent the mandatory test in Ibadan, ahead of the commencement of the 2020/21 season of the Nigeria National League (NNL).

Speaking on the development, General Manager of the Oluyole Warriors Rasheed Balogun, expressed happiness over the outcome of the test.

“Having undergone the mandatory COVID-19 test, with the results of all the players and officials coming back negative, I can tell you that we are fully ready for the real task ahead of us.

“However, the outcome of the test does not mean we will lower our guards. We will continue to adhere to all the stipulated precautionary methods, as the war against the disease continues”, said the 3SC boss.
