Oshodi Market gets new Iyaloja General, Adeyanju Socopao

The Iyaloja of First Folashade Tinubu Ojo Market of Oshodi, Mrs. Sikirat Ejide Adeyanju (aka Socopao) has been appointed by the market leaders to become the Iyaloja General of Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Markets.
The installation ceremony has been scheduled to hold on February 25, this year.
Speaking on her appointment, Adeyanju said she has been happy since when she received the appointment letter as she was not expecting it.
According to her, she is only favoured with the position by the grace of Almighty Allah, praying God for the wisdom to be able to cope with the leadership position and the responsibilities she is saddled with.
“I feel very happy that I was given the opportunity to become Iyaloja General of Oshodi-Isolo Local Government. I thank Iyaloja General of Lagos State, Mrs. Folashade Tinubu Ojo who accepted me as the candidate for the position when I was picked by the market leaders and women. My sincere gratitude goes to them all for choosing me,” she appreciated.
She also appreciated the Chairman of Oshodi-Isolo Local Government, Hon. Bolaji Muse-Ariyoh for the good administration of Oshodi market and the entire community including Oshodi LG Market Master, Mr. Olugbenga Oyekan for his fervent effort towards Oshodi market development.
Iyalaje General of Oshodi, Alhaja Abibat Ayoade, congratulated Adeyanju on the new achievement, praying for successful tenure.
