In a footage that emerged on Twitter, Oleksandr Usyk was seen handing the heavyweight belts he won on Saturday back to Anthony Joshua.

The Ukrainian heavyweight saw off AJ at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday night after winning their fight with a score of 117-112, 116-112 and 115-113.

In the video, Usyk was seen telling Joshua “see you soon” inside the dressing room.

The Ukrainian outclassed his British rival with his skill and speed throughout the 12 rounds at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Usyk, a former cruiserweight champion, was awarded the victory on all three judges’ scorecards.

He returns to Ukraine with the IBF, IBO, WBA and WBO titles having ended Joshua’s second reign as heavyweight king.

However, the 34-year-old was seen returning all the belts to Joshua after his superb performance.

Despite losing out to Usyk on Saturday night, Joshua is able to keep his belts as a former champion, while the Ukrainian will be sent a set of fresh ones.

Express online reports that Joshua appears determined to bounce back from this latest setback, and insists he will immediately head back to the gym to get in shape for his next challenge.

“Well done to the winner,” he said. “We’ll be back again, get back into training. It was a great 12 rounds and a great experience as well in the ring.

“We progress from this point on once again. We’ll be doing it all again soon.

“I never tend to look at the opponent, I just look at myself and where I went wrong. So it’s not so much what he done, it’s the opportunities I gave him.

“I’m going to go back and look at myself and correct my wrongs.”
